That was my Norton
27 August 2010
On reading the June issue of CBG, I immediately noticed the picture of the Norton on page nine. I owned this Norton from 1976, only selling it in September 2009.
What really happened?
27 August 2010.
The series of articles by Peter Williams in CBG has been most interesting, and I look forward to having sight of his proposed book.
Prices and values
29 July 2010.
Firstly, great magazine as usual.
I passed my motorcycle test in October 1961 and until last September rode 365 days a year without breaks. I estimate to have travelled close on half a million miles.
Good for Norton
29 July 2010.
I was delighted to see that the new Nortons are finally being delivered. With all the hype and the big ideas which preceded anything in metal, other than the revamped Kenny Dreer bikes which were touted around the shows, I must admit to being rather sceptical and feared for the depositors’ money.
HC Cecil, Ledbury
24 June 2010.
I was interested in your article on the Mountain Cub in the June CBG and thought the owner might be interested in the attached photo.
New rotary - Bring it on!
24 June 2010.
Having read the piece about the new Norton rotary racer in the April edition and of Brian Crighton’s gearless, electric motor assisted rotary engine, a fewold memory cells opened in my now aging brain.
Notts bike shops
27 May 2010.
Just finished reading the Thunderbird restoration story. Excellent, well done. I started my motorcycling ‘career’ when I left school and went to work in Mansfield in 1970.
60s Eppynt Sprint
27 May 2010.
I wonder if any of these photographs would be of interest to your readers. They were taken on the Eppynt Mountain road, not far from Brecon.
Impact drivers and useless tool
29 April 2010.
Enjoy your magazine – it's nice to have one in front of me edited by a bloke with less hair than me and old enough to know his backside from his elbow!
Nearly a Rocker...
29 April 2010.
Reading March CBG I was drawn to the A to Z of rockers and saw the picture of Joe Brown.
