Mystery pipe

Re the Hailwood shot (December). The breather hanging down on the left seems odd.
I've looked for other images to find a shot of the bike, with no luck, but I'm not that good with computers so maybe someone out there has an idea.
I really like the mag, it gets better with every issue. How about something on the sprinting scene?
