Press Trial success
By: Nigel Clark
It was fun, frolics and downright corruption at the annual Trade and Press Trial.
Trade 'barons' from the classic motorcycle and off road industry came out to play, on 18 June, at the picturesque landscaped ex-quarry at Biscathorpe, Lincs, along with press hacks and a host of general pre 65 trials enthusiasts.
Over £2000 was raised for the Lincs Notts Air Ambulance and the TTRA, including over £1000 from the auction alone. Auction items were donations and included anything from a shovel and a wheelbarrow to bottles of single malt whiskey and motorcycle luggage - so a grateful thanks go to all who donated and then bid so readily.
