That was my Norton

On reading the June issue of CBG, I immediately noticed the picture of the Norton on page nine. I owned this Norton from 1976, only selling it in September 2009.
I rebuilt the bike twice, once to standard ‘99’ spec in 1976, piecing together a pea green, stripped machine, found in tea chests at the back of my brother-in-law’s garage.
Then, in 2000 for a second time, I totally rebuilt it to original specification. I sourced the missing parts from jumbles and classic shows etc to the standard shown in your picture. Norvil Motorcycles rebuilt the engine and gearbox.
