Riders were signed in at the Loch Ness Restorations workshop at Dochgarroch, before setting off to follow the B class road leading over the hills to Drumnadrochit. A haul along the busy A82 was followed by much more B class road mileage to Foyers where a leisurely lunch was taken at the Cameron’s Tearoom. The total mileage came up to an exact 75 miles and that added to the friendly social feel the run created.

The organisers have pencilled in July 21 for the 2019 edition with a Saturday gathering in Inverness for those who plan to stay over for the Sunday road run.
