Born in Belfast in 1960. Louise graduated with a BA Honours in Fine Art from Leeds University in 1982 and later in 2008 an MA in Printmaking (with Distinction) from Leeds Metropolitan University. Louise has been illustrating for Back Street Heroes, the European custom bike magazine since it was launched in 1983. She has a particular fondness for old bikes, cars and almost anything with hot rod in its name and has been known on occasion to produce ‘proper art’.

As well as her regular contributions to BSH and Classic Bike Guide, Louise also works currently for Land Rover World and 4×4 Magazine as a photographer and writer as well as contributing the odd illustration.
