Millyard and Miller to unveil stunning bikes at Stafford

THERE IS LESS than a week to go until the arrival of the world’s biggest classic bike show at Stafford County Showground, and there are some very special attractions lined up.

The Carole Nash International Clasic MotorCycle Show has traditionally had a decidedly British focus, and this year is no exception.

Specials builder Allen Millyard returns to the April 27-28 event to unveil his latest project, a unique Velocette V-twin based on a 1949 349cc Velocette MAC.

Allen made his Velocette 698cc V-twin single-handedly at home in just two months, using and adapting as many original parts as possible.

Using two 1950s Velocette single top ends, the engine is built around a one-off crankcase in a 1930s style frame. The Velo-V will be on show sponsor Carole Nash’s stand in the main hall.
